Salvete Omnes,
today a short entry on sculpture with plenty of horses -
the figurines by an artist living and prospering within the Russian Empire, but originating from the old Duchy of Courland and Semigalia, a scion of the old Baltic German family, Clodt coat of arms- Peter Clodt von Jurgensburg.

the horse tamer piece was also made into a monumental sculpture- 4 horses and their tamers are adorning a bridge and copies adorning a building in Berlin, Germany, until 1945, now in a park.
