Potop - The Deluge - album from 1899 p.I
Salvete omnes,
FBC or Polish digital libraries contain vast treasures for us, aficionados of old books, to 'rediscover' and peruse.
I came across an AD 1899 album containing 16 drawings illustrating Henryk Sienkiewicz's masterpiece - Potop (The Deluge) , part two of the Trilogy, by three Polish artists of the era:
Piotr Stachniewicz
Czeslaw Borys Jankowski ( biography in Polish )
Stanislaw Kaczor-Batowski
