The same Goluchowska Tableau has iamges of longer boots - eg<br />http://www.kismeta.com/diGrasse/images/commander%20(3).jpg<br />http://www.kismeta.com/diGrasse/images/pancerny%20(3).jpg<br /> and another early 1600s image of hussar http://www.kismeta.com/diGrasse/images/hussar%20(3).jpg<br />so we could think of using longer boots as well.<br />BY the way, tomorrow Warsaw's Wybrzeze Gdynskie will celebrate the Kluszyn 2010 with a camp, recreation of the combatants from 400 years ago and actual battle will take place as well...Dario T.
